Our Quality Assurance covers 3 key stages at the beginning. Firstly, we do a full supplier profile which obtains the key points needed from the management team. Next, we get the supplier to sign a confidentiality agreement. This is then followed by a detailed factory audit. If the supplier follows all the 3 steps and is up to standard, we would begin benchmarking them against our supply base to ensure they can add value to what we already have.

A key service we provide is a daily QC system which allows the client to pay on a day rate for one of our team to go to their supplier and QC the products they have. This system is captured on our iPad software and sent the same day to the client so that we do not waste time if there is an issue.

The QC inspector will offer solutions to rectify any problems or stop the production line if there are major issues to be discussed with the client. Our inspectors are fully trained in all aspects of metal, wood, glass and plastics and we continually train them on new machinery or materials that come out.
