Our Project Managers work directly with our client on all aspects of the project from start to finish. They ensure the supplier fully understands what the clients goals and expectations are. Working to an agreed timeline there is constant communication to ensure all key milestones are being met and the deadlines adhered to. Each Project Manager takes responsibility for staged QC inspections, final packing and loading inspection and verifying shipping documentation. All these aspects follow a strict guideline defined by JLY to ensure our client receives the goods as ordered and on time. 

 

Being located within half an hour of most factories in Xiamen, we are able to visit them frequently throughout the production stage, so that we stay on top of the project to prevent issues arising.
