Our factories can produce small detailed items for the phone industry through to large items for the automotive industry and everything in between. They use the latest equipment available, with machines ranging from 150T for small products to 1600T for the large items.

 

We can produce SLA's 3D replicas, allowing you to test the item thoroughly, before moving forward with the production of the tooling.

There are generally two key stages after the drawings have been approved. T1, where the tool is cut to approximately 95% so that we can test a rough item before finalizing the tool. The next step is T2, where the tool is highly polished and ready for mass production.
